OPEN BOX

Open box means you can order whenever you like, as many times as you like, adding multiple purchases to one box & only pay shipping once you close your box. Please be aware open boxes will not be shipped until your box has been closed & postage paid.

Once you are ready for your items to be posted on your final order please select the "Close Open box" postage option on the website.

You will then be charged a one off payment of £4.50 up to 2kg or £7.49 over 2kg. If you are not sure about how many items you have or the total weight just send us a message and we'll weigh your box! We use Royal Mail Tracked   For our postal services. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

​Payment is required each time you add an item to your box.

​Your box can stay open for a maximum of 4 months. If you go over the 4 months period we will send you a reminder to close your box.

If you don't close your box after 3 reminders, your order will be cancelled, your items will be sent back to our stock and NO refund will be given.
